COVID-19 Protocol – Special Conditions to consider. Updated 6th March 2022.
You will be responsible for making sure to use the hand sanitiser supplied when entering the hall and after using WCs or tissues.
There is a ‘one-way system’ in place. Enter via the main door and exit via the side door or rear entrance. Please ensure that you keep to this where practical (disabled and level access remains via the fire doors).
The kitchen is out of use. Please bring your own bottled refreshments and no food or snacks unless for medical reasons.
If anyone in your household tests positive with COVID-19 we ask that they DO NOT come to class. If this is the participant of the class, they can only return after two consecutive negative results. Please also notify and update Natasha.
This is for the safety of our vulnerable participants in class and any vulnerable close contacts to our participants as we have some very critically ill care givers.
Please DO NOT attend class if you display any COVID-19 symptoms.
Dancers are not required to wear a facial mask or coverings of any kind while participating in a physical activity. However, if you prefer to do so this it is down to your individual discretion and personal preference.
Public Health England do not recommend face coverings for children under the age of 3 for health and safety reasons.
The premises will be ventilated throughout your time at the hall, with windows and doors open as far as convenient. Please do not close these without consulting Natasha first as this is a rule set out by the halls own risk assessment.
You will take particular care to ensure that social distancing is maintained for any persons aged 70 or over or likely to be clinically more vulnerable to COVID-19, including for example keeping a 2m distance around them when going in and out of rooms and ensuring they can access the toilets or other confined areas without others being present.
